In the summer of 2018, we opened our updated home at the Evolve Training Complex. The 26,000 SF facility features a specialized 120×85 training sheet and a 100×90 turf providing the premier training site for youth, high school, college, and pro hockey development in the region.
Evolve field hockey was founded in 2016 by Kelly and Courtney Collins. They created this program to meet the needs of players across Western, NY that want to enhance their skills, and improve their individual game. All classes are designed to give athletes a fun, fast paced, and independent experience of learning the game of field hockey. We use creative games to build skills, coordination, balance, and develop the concepts of teamwork and cooperation. As players advance we teach players how to apply skills in game situations. Our ultimate goal is to provide all athletes with a field hockey environment focusing on fun and creativity, combining skill building games and drills with scrimmaging to optimize learning.

The Rochester Regional Health System Total Sports Experience facilities are Rochester and Western New York's finest sports and recreation complexes. Our first facility opened in 2001 on the city's westside in Gates. In 2013 we opened our second location on the eastside of town in East Rochester. We offer leagues, instructional programs, tournaments, and training sessions in most sports including soccer, lacrosse, football, and more. All indoor fields feature Max Play artificial turf.
Gates Facility - With a 127,500 square feet indoor facility and 40 acres of outdoor fields, Total Sports Experience is the ultimate sports venue! Inside two 85' by 185' boarded fields, a 50 yard by 80 yard boardless field, two multi-purpose training areas, and basketball court offer the best in soccer, lacrosse, football and field hockey action. Outside 14 fields, two covered pavillions, and restroom facilities make TSE one of the largest outdoor sports complexes in the northeast.
East Rochester Facility - Our eastside location is a smaller facility featuring a 85' by 167' boarded field and an 85' by 127' training field. Both fields have roof netting to allow for live baseball and softball hitting. Similar to the Gates facility, two community rooms are availble for team meetings, birthday parties, amd special events.

Dr. Renée is passionate about her profession, always aims for perfection and will always take the time to make sure you understand why orthodontic treatment may be needed and what benefits it is actually providing. She graduated at the top of her dental school class, is a clinical instructor at the University of Rochester and is the attending orthodontist for the Cleft and Craniofacial Team at Golisano Children’s Hospital.
