Modified Practices start in late March, listen to school announcements for exact date.

Parents are encouraged to attend the games and volunteer at the Invitational Tournament held in August. Possible fundraiser working PHS concessions during the off season.
Team activities are encouraged and may include: pasta parties, community service, year end banquet, overnights.
Team captains plan many of the activities on and off the field.
Equipment - stick, shin guards, mouth guard, soccer socks (red & white-no stripes), goggles, shoes (cleats, turf shoes for varsity)
Some may be available from the coaches, so check with them.

Modified - usually has an end of the season pizza party at Bay Trail, complements of Booster Club
Used Equipment- For girls just starting out in field hockey, try asking coach or parents of varsity players. They often have equipment that is still in good shape.
